[Notice] Delay in Service Transfer 1st Anniversary Pre-Registration Reward Emails and Bulk Distribution

Dear Masters,

This is the OUTERPLANE Operations Team.

We would like to provide an update regarding the Service Transfer 1st Anniversary pre-registration rewards.

The Service Transfer 1st Anniversary pre-registration reward emails have been sent sequentially since October 13 (Tue). However, we have confirmed that some Masters are experiencing delays or have not received their emails properly.

If you have not received the email, please check both the inbox and spam folder of the email address used for pre-registration.

To ensure that all eligible Masters receive their rewards, the pre-registration rewards will be distributed in bulk through the in-game Mailbox on October 20 (Tue).

• Distribution Schedule: October 20, 2026 (Tue), KST
• Eligibility: All Masters who have not redeemed the Service Transfer 1st Anniversary pre-registration reward coupon
• Distribution Method: Rewards will be sent through the in-game Mailbox

※ Masters who have already redeemed the pre-registration reward coupon and received the rewards will not be eligible for the bulk distribution.
※ The actual delivery time may vary for each Master as the rewards are distributed sequentially.
※ After the bulk distribution through the in-game Mailbox, all previously issued pre-registration coupons will be invalidated and can no longer be used.
